Residential Fully Managed Service

• Fully Managed Service 12% + VAT Management Fee (on any rent collected)
• Finder’s Fee for Sourcing Tenant 50% + VAT of the first months rent (minimum fee of £390 inc of vat)

Residential Let Only Service

• Tenant Find Only – First Month’s Rent Value (with a minimum value of £600 inc of vat)

Anti-Money Laundering Checks

We are required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all those selling or buying a property. Whilst we retain responsibility for ensuring checks are carried out correctly and for ongoing monitoring, the initial checks are carried out on our behalf by a third party who will contact you once you have agreed to instruct us in your sale or had an offer accepted on a property you wish to buy.
