No one receives standardised system generated management reports and property rent accounts. Clients receive as much or as little detail as they require, in the format they require.
Our management remit extends from simply collecting rents right through to full estate management including operation of service charges, setting up and monitoring maintenance contracts and assisting clients to ensure that they are complying with their obligations and liabilities as property owners under the mass of health and safety legislation that applies to the property sector.
We deal with all sectors of property including large multi let office buildings, retail parades, mixed use developments, industrial properties and residential block management.
We also provide property management advice and guidance to those landlords who choose to manage their properties themselves but sometimes require guidance from qualified, experienced property specialists.

If you are a business owner who owns or leases your business premises, we can advise you to ensure that you are complying with your obligations under health and safety rules and minimising your legal exposure and also help to ensure that your premises are run in the most cost-effective manner.
If you have excess space in your premises, we can advise on how you might be able to adapt your property to sublet part and receive valuable rental income for space that isn’t required by your business. If you are a tenant, we can advise on whether your landlord is meeting their obligations to you and treating you fairly.
